Security Supervisor
Security Supervisor – Full-Time Role (Monday–Friday, 06:00–18:00)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team. In this role, you will ensure all security duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
- Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to security-related incidents.
- Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in security with a supervisory or leadership background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
Additional Requirements
All applicants must undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
