As a Security Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining safe, welcoming and inclusive neighbourhoods across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury and St Giles.

Your leadership will help create a secure environment that enhances the experience of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits our district.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
- Directly manage officers, setting clear targets, standards, and performance expectations
- Act as the primary liaison for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service expectations are met
- Produce accurate and timely reports
- Provide ongoing staff management and coaching
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and update process documentation and the team training matrix
- Develop reporting functions to deliver data and insights to the client
- Drive achievement across all operational targets, including engagement visits, incident reporting, and compliance with static role requirements
Full in-house training will be provided.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Valid SIA Licence
- UK Manual Driving Licence
- Supervisor or Management experience
- Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
- Punctual and reliable
- Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
- Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
- Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
- Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
- Resilient and proactive in your work
