About the Role: Loss Prevention Supervisor
We are looking for a Loss Prevention Supervisor to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the hotel’s guests, associates, and assets. This position requires you to react, or more importantly, not react, in strenuous circumstances. It’s about staying a step ahead of potential situations, identifying them, and managing them with professionalism, reasonable thinking, and in accordance with our policies.

About You
- Passionate about safety and security with similar work experience.
- A post-secondary diploma, degree, or industry-related certifications would be a plus.
- Experience in safety and security operations.
- A team player, detail-oriented.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
