Location: Hybrid Antrim Office
Position Hours: Full time
Shift Pattern: Mon-Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour
Overview
G4S Private Sector are seeking a reliable and flexible Security Supervisor to provide essential support to our operations team across multiple sites. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting frontline teams, problem solving and multi-tasking, overall contributing to the service delivery of a very much growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist current employees with SIA renewal processes and documentation
- Provide support to operations manager locating cover for shifts and staffing
- Act as a point of contact for sickness cover, including responding to and resolving short notice absences - this may require attending sites personally, though this is rare.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational standards are maintained and carried out in the appropriate manner and in compliance with G4S company policies
- Support with Delivery of uniforms and supplies to Sites when needed, assist with uniform distribution and management
- Be open and available to travel across all sites under the contract
- Provide general support to the wider team operations team, Handling ADHOC tasks as required

Essential Criteria
- Experience in a supervisory role previously
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to problem solve effectively
- IT literate
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience in reaching and proven record of reaching KPI’s
- SIA License (or willingness to renew with company support)
- Full UK Driving license and willingness to travel to various sites
