About the role:

Essential Skills and Experience
- Ability to obtain a SC Clearance
- Good general office skills including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Flexible and positive attitude.
- Good time keeping skills.
- A willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Business studies qualifications.
- An interest in corporate security.
Responsibilities
- Support the Security Coordination team in processing of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks.
- Support the Security Coordination team in processing United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances.
- Support Security Coordination Manager in the compliance, preparation and creation of Security Metrics.
- Support on site access request administration.
- Support business continuity and incident management processes, incidents and investigations.
- Administration of electronic database for employee clearances.
- Administration of site visitor security pass issue and receipt.
- Confirmation of employee security clearance details to external parties.
- Maintenance of records.
- General office administration support.
