About the Role
Join Haven’s One Great Team as a Security Team Member, playing a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, owners, and colleagues. We’re looking for an energetic, approachable, and licensed SIA Door Supervisor (DS) to contribute to our 24-hour security operation, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor the holiday park to guarantee safety, security, and guest satisfaction.
- Regulate park access, ensuring only authorised individuals are permitted on-site.
- Respond calmly and professionally to security incidents, including:
- Medical emergencies
- Alarms and distraught guests
- Maintain accurate incident records and escalate issues to management as required.
- Provide friendly, helpful assistance to guests—addressing queries and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to foster a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment.

Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license (non-negotiable).
- Prior security experience (particularly within hospitality or leisure) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills—ability to de-escalate tension and remain professional.
- Sharp observational skills with an eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts.
