Pay Rates: £13.32 per hour
Join our One Great Team at Haven as a Security Team Member, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests, owners, and team.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licensed Security Team Member to join our fun and welcoming facilities team. As part of our 24-hour security operation, you’ll help create a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. If you love working with people, staying active, and enjoy a dynamic role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure the safety and security of guests, owners, and team members.
- Assist in managing park access, ensuring only authorised individuals or guest/owner access is permitted.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security-related incidents, including medical emergencies, alarms, or guest concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate incident records, reporting to management as required.
- Provide friendly, helpful guest assistance with information and resolutions for queries.
- Collaborate with team members and park functions to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

Requirements
- Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
- Previous security experience (preferably in hospitality or leisure) is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Commitment to delivering excellent service in alignment with Haven’s values.
