Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Security Controller Workforce Planner to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our Head Office in Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:
Workforce Planning – Shift allocation; Staff attendance monitoring; Sourcing and coordinating cover for vacant shifts and in the case of absence or sickness. Staff Welfare – Conduct regular checks on lone workers in the field. CCTV Monitoring – Observing cameras from across our national sites for intruder detection purposes. Incident Reporting – Liaising with clients regarding on-site incidents, following escalation processes and procures, as necessary. Data Management – Collating and processing staffing data, as required.

About You:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK A proven track record in workforce planning or recruitment is highly desirable. Experience working within the Security industry would be highly advantageous – the experience of working in a control room environment would be of particular interest. Agile and effective in responding quickly to situations. Attention to detail, and the ability to work strategically and think one step ahead will be essential. Highly organised, efficient, and able to multi-task, candidates who are adaptable and results-orientated are most likely to thrive in this role. Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Word & Excel.
