Job Opportunity: Mental Health Clinician (Hybrid) – Blip

About the Role

Blip is an innovative online mental health service supporting children, young people, and young adults aged 7 to 25 across England and Wales. We bridge the gap between NHS CAMHS waiting lists and timely, consistent care by providing video appointments with a named clinician rather than rotating staff.

Our team is led by a Registered Mental Health Nurse with NHS CAMHS experience, and we ensure high clinical standards through CAMHS training and CQC registration progress. Currently delivering remote appointments, we plan to expand in-person services from 2027 in Oswestry, Shrewsbury, Wrexham, and Telford.

Are you a qualified mental health professional passionate about accessible, compassionate care? We’re looking for an experienced clinician to join our evolving team as part of a contractual, hybrid role.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver direct mental health support through scheduled appointments, assessments, and care planning for children, young people, and young adults.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development as Blip expands its in-person provision.
  • Participate in team meetings, safeguarding processes, and initiatives to improve care pathways in line with CAMHS practices.
  • Provide ongoing, consistent support for young people who are:
    • Awaiting NHS CAMHS care
    • Stepping down from NHS support
    • Aged between 18–25, transitioning beyond CAMHS

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
