People and Culture Lead
Help shape an initiative harnessing AI to tackle poverty in UK towns that lost their manufacturing work. Seeking a People and Culture Lead to design the trainee experience.
What difference will you make?

What are we looking for?
- A background in HR, people and culture, learning and development, or volunteer and trainee management.
- Comfortable designing a training programme from scratch in a small, early-stage setting.
- A real interest in helping people find skills, confidence and work.
