Title and Summary
Segment Integration & Insights – Vice President
The lead for CNPF Segment Integration & Insights will drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across the four core CNPF business lines (Small Business, Corporate Solutions, Transfer Solutions, Vertical Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Translate executive vision into clear goals, KPIs, and long-term strategies in partnership with CNPF and Services Finance.
- Drive goal cascade through implementation of OKRs/KPIs aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee performance through regular operational reviews and dashboards.
- Proactively identify risks and support recovery plans for off-track initiatives.

Operations & Execution
- Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.
- Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, and execute key initiatives.
Communication & Alignment
- Promote best practices and enable knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure clear, efficient information flow and decision-making processes.
- Drive alignment through consistent leadership messaging and strategic communications.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison across regional and global stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the direct team, providing mentorship and guidance.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Experience
- Experience in operations, management consulting, or senior leadership roles, with strong financial acumen.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Core Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and ability to influence without authority.
- People leadership experience.

Pay Ranges
Rome, Italy: €85,000 - €136,000 EUR
