About The Role
As a Segment Marketing Manager, you will lead global marketing initiatives focused on the Management Consulting industry. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver campaigns that resonate with customer needs, driving engagement and business growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to bring market insights to life through impactful messaging and content.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the Management Consulting industry, including customer needs, market trends, and regulatory developments
- Monitor industry news and competitive shifts to inform marketing strategy and content
- Advocate for customer perspectives across internal teams to ensure relevance and impact
- Craft inclusive, audience-specific messaging, personas, and value propositions
- Lead the creation of content for global, multi-channel campaigns and collaborate on integrated strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, sales enablement, and marketing) to align efforts, share insights, and support effective engagement
Requirements
- B2B marketing experience within the Management Consulting sector
- Ability to translate market trends into actionable marketing strategies
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working across teams and managing multiple projects
- Familiarity with ABM, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
