About The Role

As a Segment Marketing Manager, you’ll lead global marketing initiatives focused on the Management Consulting industry. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.

This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution, delivering marketing strategies that leverage market insights for impactful messaging and content.


Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Management Consulting industry, including customer needs, market trends, and regulatory developments
  • Monitor industry news and competitive movements to inform marketing strategy and content
  • Advocate for customer-centric perspectives across internal teams to ensure relevance and impact
  • Craft inclusive, audience-specific messaging, personas, and value propositions
  • Lead global multi-channel campaign content and collaborate on integrated strategies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, sales enablement, and marketing) to:
    • Align marketing with business goals
    • Share market insights
    • Support effective customer engagement

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience within the Management Consulting sector
  • Ability to translate market trends into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working across teams and managing multiple projects
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), CRM tools, and marketing automation
  • A curious, initiative-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
