About the Role
As Segment Marketing Manager, you’ll lead global marketing initiatives tailored to the Management Consulting industry. This role involves strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute campaigns that drive engagement, demand, and business growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of customer needs, market trends, and regulatory shifts in the Management Consulting sector.
- Monitoring industry news and competitive dynamics to shape marketing strategies and content approaches.
- Advocating for customer-centric perspectives across internal stakeholders to ensure relevance and impact.
- Creating inclusive, audience-specific messaging, personas, and value propositions tailored to segment needs.
- Leading content creation for global, multi-channel campaigns and collaborating on integrated strategies.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (sales, product, sales enablement, marketing) to align efforts, share insights, and support effective client engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Management Consulting industry dynamics, including customer pain points, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Track industry developments and competitive movements to inform marketing strategy, content, and campaign directions.
- Champion customer insights across internal teams to ensure marketing messaging remains relevant and impactful.
- Craft segmented, audience-focused messaging, communication personas, and value propositions.
- Lead global content development for multi-channel campaigns, including sponsored content, digital campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and enablement teams to refine go-to-market positioning and alumni programmes.
- Work with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) teams to align campaigns and maximize revenue potential.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts, ensuring high-quality lead capture and predictive analytics.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications and experience:
- Proven B2B marketing experience, particularly within Management Consulting or professional services.
- Ability to translate complex market data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience collaboration across multi-functional teams while managing portfolios across multiple campaigns.
- Familiarity with ABM, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing automation tools.
- Curiosity, initiative-taking, and a collaborative mindset.
