Permanent Sales Executive Role – Select/Geely of Sunderland
Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.
Our Sales Executives are central to delivering exceptional customer experiences in all our dealerships.

- OTE: Up to £45,000 (on-target earnings)

About The Role
Sytner Select/Geely of Sunderland is looking for an ambitious individual with strong experience in automotive customer service or sales, to join their passionate team.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their vehicle purchase journey.
- Support and engage with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the buying process.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure exceptional service levels.

About You
- Essential:
- Minimum 1 year experience in automotive sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- Preferred: Proven track record of closing auto sales or customer-focused roles.
You will need to fulfil a minimum requirement of automotive sales experience to apply.
Note: You may be asked to attend an assessment centre prior to an offer being made.
