Role Description

Self Employed Regional Sales Distributors (National) at Air-Seal Ireland will work on a remote, self-employed basis to develop and manage sales territories across their assigned areas. Day-to-day activities include:

  • Identifying and approaching potential commercial clients
  • Presenting Air-Seal tyre sealant solutions
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals

The role involves:

  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with owner operators, fleet managers, commercial drivers, and service partners
  • Providing product demonstrations and basic technical guidance
  • Planning regional sales strategies
  • Attending relevant industry events
  • Reporting on market trends (where available) and customer feedback

This opportunity offers autonomy and flexibility, with the ability to enhance an existing range offering or allowing you to start your journey to self-employment.

Expectations or Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills.
  • Experience in B2B or field sales, ideally within construction, agricultural, automotive, transport, logistics, or related sectors.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse commercial customers.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a remote, self-employed capacity.
  • Basic technical understanding of vehicle or tyre-related products, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Previous experience as a distributor, agent, or independent sales representative is an advantage.
