About the opportunity

TechStak is expanding its UK new-business capability and is looking for experienced, commercially credible B2B sales professionals to introduce and win new SME clients.
We help businesses operate more securely, reliably and efficiently through managed IT support, cyber security, Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, backup and disaster recovery, network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, IT consultancy and technology implementation.
Successful sales partners will also have the opportunity to introduce selected Zavvion solutions, including practical AI automation, CRM, customer-response automation and business-process improvement.
This opportunity is designed for experienced, self-directed B2B sales professionals. It is not an entry-level telesales role.

What you will do

  • Build and manage your own qualified new-business pipeline.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations and identify operational, security and technology requirements.
  • Introduce appropriate managed IT, cyber security, cloud and automation solutions.
  • Work with our technical and commercial team on scoping, demonstrations, proposals and pricing.
  • Progress opportunities through the sales process and close new contracts.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information in the company CRM.
  • Support a professional handover after the client signs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
