Turn your network into recurring income.
Maitland helps ambitious businesses grow through our GROW partnership — a done-for-you, fully accountable marketing service on a monthly retainer. We're growing, and we're opening up a small number of self-employed Business Development partnerships to the right people.
This is for well-connected professionals who already have the trust of business owners. You spot the opportunity and make the introduction; our team runs the meeting, wins the work and delivers it. You focus on the part you're brilliant at — opening doors — and leave the sales cycle and delivery to us.
The role
- Draw on your existing network of SME and business-owner contacts to identify businesses that would benefit from Maitland's GROW service.
- Start genuine conversations and book qualified meetings for our team.
- Qualify your introductions so every one you pass over is worth pursuing.
- No pitching, quoting, negotiating or delivery — we handle everything from the meeting onward.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How it works
This is a self-employed partnership, not employment — you invoice us for what you earn. Full commercial terms and a partner agreement are shared and explained during onboarding, after an initial conversation to confirm it's a good fit both ways.
Strong network, open to a new way to earn from it? Apply and we'll be in touch to arrange a chat.
