Commercial Specialist – Field Agent

About the Role

We’re revolutionising the industry with a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, support, and professional development. As a Commercial Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting clients while ensuring compliance with relevant rules, regulations, and organisational policies.
Fees & Benefits
- Starting daily rate: £150+ for the first 4 weeks, followed by a fees-only structure with an OTE of £200 per day
- Flexible working arrangements:
- Minimum commitment of 2 weekdays per week, 8 hours per day
- Freedom to select preferred working days
- Available Monday–Friday or Saturdays (subject to client requirements)

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Visiting commercial water customers on behalf of major water retail clients
- Obtaining payments for arrears, verifying lease agreements for new occupiers
- Performing temporary disconnections or reconnections of the water supply (when required)
- Resolving customer account discrepancies through direct interaction
- Full training provided
Requirements
Essential Criteria
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (mounted with business insurance)
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London assignments)
- Clear DBS check
- Satisfactory credit history (CCJs accepted where repayment arrangements exist)
Desired Attributes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams and clients
- Resilience, professionalism, and customer service acumen
- Base or advanced knowledge of energy, utilities, or enforcement operations advantageous
- Experience in enforcement, security, debt recovery, or similar customer-facing/field roles highly desirable
