Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated entrepreneurial people to join our growing team across the country. As a Self Employed Estate Agent, you will work your own hours in your local area and earn the lion's share of the commissions made from property transactions.
You will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service on a quality not quantity basis.
We will provide you with all the tools and training to get you up and running so no estate agency experience is necessary. You will work towards a level 3 qualification in Estate Agency practice to grow your knowledge and professionalism in the industry.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create listings and market properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate property appraisals
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes

Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
