Self-Employed Estate Agent

Sales and/or Lettings | Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex

All Counties Property Group is expanding its presence across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Essex, and is seeking experienced estate agency professionals to join its growing network.

We are interested in speaking with established agents who have a strong background in residential sales and/or lettings and who are ready to take greater control of their career, income, and local market presence.

This opportunity is suited to individuals with proven industry experience. It is not intended for trainees or those seeking a secondary income stream. We are looking for commercially focused professionals who are capable of developing long-term client relationships, winning instructions, and representing a premium local property brand.

An Established Platform with Immediate Opportunity

Successful applicants will not be expected to begin without support, stock, or opportunity.

Across each of the three counties, All Counties Property Group has live property stock and active business opportunities available from the outset. These may include existing sales instructions, new homes and developer stock, valuation opportunities, applicant leads, landlord enquiries, and other pipeline business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
