FSB Membership Associate

About the Role

I am recruiting for an experienced and motivated Membership Sales Associate to join my North of Scotland team to represent FSB in the field, engaging directly with small business owners to grow membership and strengthen long-term relationships within the following areas:

  • Inverness
  • Highlands

This is a self-employed role, which can be either part-time or full-time based.

Role Description

The Membership Sales Associate is responsible for:

  • Engaging with and growing FSB’s membership base
  • Working with the Area Membership Advisor This is a remote role.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying prospective members
  • Reaching out through various channels
  • Presenting FSB’s value proposition
  • Onboarding new members

  • Maintaining excellent relationships with current members
  • Achieving monthly sales targets
