Role Description: This is a flexible, remote role for a Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser, designed to fit around your life, your family, and your ambitions.
As part of The Mortgage Mum family, you'll be guiding clients through one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, from that very first conversation all the way through to getting the keys in their hands. Every client is different, and you'll take the time to truly understand their circumstances, find the right mortgage and protection solutions for them, and be there every step of the way.

Day to day, you'll be doing what you do best. Meeting with clients, researching products, preparing recommendations, and working with lenders to get applications over the line. You'll keep accurate records, stay on top of compliance, and deliver the kind of warm, personal service that The Mortgage Mum is known for.
But this role is about more than just great advice. You'll also be building your own brand, nurturing referrals, showing up on social media, and becoming a trusted voice in your community. We'll support you every step of the way to make that happen.

Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Mortgages, with experience advising on residential, buy-to-let, and related mortgage products. CeMAP qualified (or equivalent Level 3 mortgage advice qualification) and fully authorized (or eligible to be authorized) to give mortgage advice in the UK. Understanding of Mortgage Marketing, with the ability to support lead generation, client nurturing, and brand-building activities. Proven track record in a regulated mortgage adviser role, with strong compliance awareness and attention to detail. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client empathy skills, with a commitment to inclusive and respectful service. Self-motivated and organized, comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule to meet client needs.
