We're a successful, family-run independent financial advisory firm looking for an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our growing team.
This opportunity is designed for an adviser who has an existing or growing client bank and is looking for a professional, collaborative environment with the freedom to run their business, attractive earnings, and the support of an established firm.

The Role
You'll be responsible for developing and growing your own business while delivering exceptional mortgage and protection advice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building on your existing client relationships and generating new business through referrals and networking.
- Providing expert mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client's needs.
- Managing cases from enquiry through to completion.
- Explaining products and recommendations clearly, ensuring clients can make informed decisions.
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience that encourages repeat business and long-term client relationships.
- Keeping up to date with market trends, lender criteria and regulatory requirements.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is an experienced Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser with an established or growing client bank.
- Holds CeMAP (or equivalent), ideally with CAS status.
- Has a proven track record of self-generating business and achieving strong results.
- Is confident managing their own pipeline and workload.
- Has excellent knowledge of mortgage and protection products.
- Is professional, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
Pre-employment requirements:
- Legal right to live and work in the UK.
- Satisfactory credit check prior to onboarding.
