This is a self-employed opportunity offering flexibility across the South Coast region. Office locations are available in Portsmouth, Southampton, Brighton, and Eastbourne should you wish to work from a branch environment; however, office attendance is entirely optional, allowing flexibility to work in a way that suits you.

Job Summary And Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work with a growing property services group and financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to maximize earnings, build their own client bank, and benefit from high-quality leads, full admin support, and access to a comprehensive lender panel, with support from one of the UK’s leading Mortgage and Protection Networks, Mortgage Advice Bureau.

Duties Will Include
- Provide whole of intermediary market mortgage advice to a broad client base
- Deliver tailored protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, etc)
- Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry to completion
- Generate and develop your own leads, alongside provided lead sources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors, and introducers
- Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
- Maintain accurate client records and case notes
- Deliver an outstanding client experience, leading to repeat business and referrals
Skills Required
- Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- CAS status
- Proven track record in mortgage and protection advice
- Strong knowledge of residential, buy to let, and remortgage markets
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, professional, and client-focused
