As a Powerleague Referee, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding league nights. You’ll be at the heart of the action—ensuring games run smoothly, fairly, and with brilliant customer experience at every stage.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you will:
- Officiate multiple league games each shift to a high and consistent standard
- Ensure fair play and a professional delivery of all matches
- Provide exceptional, customer-first support—ensuring players leave the pitch having had a world-class experience
- Manage equipment (bibs, balls, cones) and minimise stock loss
- Handle general customer questions and match-day queries
- Build rapport with teams to encourage long-term loyalty
- Check the pitch and playing surface to ensure it meets health & safety requirements
- Deliver basic first aid when needed and follow correct incident-reporting procedures
- Accurately record and report match scores

Essential Requirements
- A genuine passion for people and providing top-quality service
- Experience in a customer-facing role with proven customer service skills
Desirable
- First aid training
- DBS check
- FA qualification
