Resolution Field Agent
Self-Employed | Part-Time or Full-Time
- Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130-£150 (depending on skills and experience)
What Is a Resolution Field Agent?
As a Resolution Field Agent, you will carry out field visits to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. This role covers a variety of workstreams focused on:
- Resolving customer accounts
- Reconnecting services
- Providing support to customers experiencing financial difficulty
Key Workstreams
- Commercial & Residential Utilities Discussing and resolving utility accounts
- Communication & Reconnection Reconnecting customers with our clients and their services
- Welfare Utility Visits Introducing customers to support services for financial difficulties and facilitating reconnection where appropriate
- Utility Meter Reads Collecting accurate utility meter readings
Working Pattern & Benefits

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to own vehicle with business insurance (ULEZ-compliant vehicle required for work within London ULEZ zones)
- Clean DBS check
- Healthy credit history (CCJs may be considered if repayment arrangements are active)
- Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, clients, and field teams -Independence, compliance with policies and procedures, and dispute resolution skills
- Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
