Resolution Field Agent

Self-Employed | Part-Time or Full-Time

  • Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130-£150 (depending on skills and experience)

What Is a Resolution Field Agent?

As a Resolution Field Agent, you will carry out field visits to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. This role covers a variety of workstreams focused on:

  • Resolving customer accounts
  • Reconnecting services
  • Providing support to customers experiencing financial difficulty

Key Workstreams

  • Commercial & Residential Utilities Discussing and resolving utility accounts
  • Communication & Reconnection Reconnecting customers with our clients and their services
  • Welfare Utility Visits Introducing customers to support services for financial difficulties and facilitating reconnection where appropriate
  • Utility Meter Reads Collecting accurate utility meter readings

Working Pattern & Benefits

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to own vehicle with business insurance (ULEZ-compliant vehicle required for work within London ULEZ zones)
  • Clean DBS check
  • Healthy credit history (CCJs may be considered if repayment arrangements are active)
  • Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, clients, and field teams -Independence, compliance with policies and procedures, and dispute resolution skills
  • Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve performance
