Position: Self-Employed | Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time
Rate
- Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 (varies by skills and experience)
About the Role
As a Resolution Field Agent, you will carry out field visits to both residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. Key workstreams include resolving customer accounts, reconnecting utilities, and providing debt support to customers in financial difficulty.
Key Workstreams
- Commercial & Residential Utilities – Managing and resolving utility account issues
- Communication & Reconnection – Reconnecting customers with our clients’ services
- Welfare Utility Visits – Guiding customers toward support services for financial challenges and facilitating reconnections where applicable
- Utility Meter Reads – Accurately recording meter readings

Working Pattern & Benefits
- Hours: Minimum 2 weekdays per week (8 hours/day) – flexible start times
- Days: Monday to Friday or Saturdays (client business hours-dependent)
- Rate: Guaranteed daily income
- Training: Full induction and continuous guidance
- Development: Opportunities to progress within the business
- Upskilling: UK-wide postcode-based assignments
Requirements
Essential:
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle (with valid business insurance)
- Vehicle ULEZ-compliant if working in London zones
- Clean DBS check
- Credit history meets creditworthiness standards (CCJs considered as long as repayment plans are in place)
