Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed | Part-Time or Full-Time)
**💰 **•GPW Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 (depending on skills & experience)
What Is a Resolution Field Agent?
As a Resolution Field Agent, you’ll conduct property visits—both residential and commercial—on behalf of our clients. Your work will focus on:
- Resolving customer accounts
- Re-establishing utility connections
- Providing financial support to those in need
Your role spans these key areas:
Key Workstreams
✅ Commercial & Residential Utilities Actively resolving utility account issues.
✅ Communication & Reconnection Facilitating reconnections for customers & services where possible.
✅ Welfare Utility Visits Guiding customers to support services for financial hardship; ensuring recomnection when appropriate.

✅ Utility Meter Reads Accurately collecting meter readings for accurate billing.
Working Pattern & Benefits
- Flexible work – minimum 2 weekdays/week, 8-hour shifts
- Flexible start times
- Days: Monday to Friday / Saturdays (depending on client schedules)
- Guaranteed daily rate
- Full training & ongoing support

- UK-wide roles: postcodes allocated per agreement
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own vehicle (with business insurance)
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle (for London-based work)
- DBS check (clean record required)
- Healthy credit history (CCJ exceptions possible with repayment evidence)
- Key skills:
- Strong negotiation & case management
- Professional customer/client communication
- Ability to work independently
- Dispute identification & resolution
- Open to coaching/feedback for continuous improvement
