Resolution Field Agent Self-Employed | Part-Time or Full-Time Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 (depending on skills and experience)


What Is a Resolution Field Agent?

As a Resolution Field Agent, you’ll undertake field visits to residential and commercial properties on behalf of our clients. The role involves multiple workstreams aimed at resolving customer accounts, reconnecting services, and supporting individuals facing financial challenges.


Key Workstreams

  • Commercial & Residential Utilities: Discussing and resolving utility accounts
  • Communication & Reconnection: Reconnecting customers with our clients’ services
  • Welfare Utility Visits: Introducing customers to support services for financial difficulties, facilitating reconnection where appropriate
  • Utility Meter Reads: Collecting accurate utility meter readings

  • Flexible working: Minimum of 2 weekday hours per week, 8 hours per day
  • Flexible start times
  • Availability: Monday to Friday, or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours)
  • Guaranteed daily rate

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
  • Vehicle must be ULEZ-compliant (required when working within London ULEZ zones)
  • Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
  • Healthy credit history
  • CCJs (County Court Judgments) considered only if repayment plans are in place
  • Strong:
    • Organisational skills
    • Negotiation skills
    • Case-management skills
  • Ability to:
    • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers/clients
    • Work independently while complying with company policies & objectives
    • Identify/manage disputes via company procedures
  • Committed to:
    • Coaching & feedback for continuous performance improvement
