Resolution Field Agent Self-Employed | Part-Time or Full-Time

Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 (depending on skills and experience)


What Is a Resolution Field Agent?

As a Resolution Field Agent, you’ll conduct field visits to residential and commercial properties—acting on behalf of clients—to resolve customer accounts, reconnect essential services, and assist those in financial hardship.

Key Workstreams:

  • Commercial & Residential Utilities Discussing and resolving utility account issues.
  • Communication & Reconnection Facilitating the reconnection of disruped services for customers.
  • Welfare Utility Visits Introducing customers to support services for financial difficulties; facilitating repayment plans and service reconnection where appropriate.
  • Utility Meter Reads Accurately collecting read-data to ensure accurate billing.

Working Pattern & Benefits

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

✔ Full UK driving licence, held for at least 3 years. ✔ Own vehicle with valid business insurance (separate from personal). ✔ ULEZ-compliant vehicle (essential for work within London ULEZ zones). ✔ Clean DBS check (enhanced/disinclination to disclose formatted). ✔ Healthy credit history support was previously in place in rare cases). ✔ Strong organisational, negotiation and case-management skills. ✔ Ability to maintain professional, empathetic communication – with customers, clients, and colleagues. ✔ Self-motivated but compliant with clear policies, procedures & objectives. ✔ Experience or willingness to resolve disputes while adhering to company processes. ✔ Open to coaching & feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
