We are looking for high-performing, self-employed Solar Consultants across Leeds and West Yorkshire who want to stop hunting for business and focus entirely on what they do best: building rapport, assessing needs, and closing deals.

- We Manage the Logistics: You don't have to stress about planning your own routes, fighting for appointments, or getting stuck in gridlock on the M62 or the Armley Gyratory. Our dedicated team fully manages your diary, books the leads, and routes you exactly where the demand is. You just show up and close.
- Upfront Fuel Allowance: We want you to succeed from day one. To help you find your feet while you build momentum, we provide a £200 per week fuel allowance for your first 4–6 weeks (depending on your specific area and days worked).
- Serious Earning Potential: We offer a highly competitive, commission-only structure with a realistic OTE of £65k+. Top performers can easily leverage our premium product range to earn well beyond this.

Your Territory
You’ll be covering prime, high-demand routes across Leeds and the West Yorkshire commuter belts—incorporating the LS, WF, BD, HD, and HX outcodes.
Local Hubs We Cover Include:
- The LS Core & Suburbs: From vibrant central Leeds out to the leafier spots like Roundhay, Headingley, and Horsforth, stretching across to Pudsey, Morley, and Garforth.
- The WF / Wakefield & South Region: Running from Wakefield city centre out to the key residential growth areas around Pontefract, Castleford, and Dewsbury.
- The West Yorkshire Hills & Valleys (BD, HD, HX): Covering the bustling hubs of Bradford and Huddersfield, across to Halifax, and throughout the thriving communities of the Calder Valley.
What You’ll be Doing (The Mission)
- The Expert in the Room: Conducting face-to-face home assessments as a technical and consultative expert.
- Bespoke Closing: Designing and closing energy solutions tailored specifically to the unique needs of each customer.
- Pipeline Ownership: Managing your follow-ups and taking true pride in customer satisfaction.
- Market Mastery: Staying sharp on solar technology, battery storage, and the evolving UK energy market.

What You Need to Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or high-end retail.
- A genuine "closing mentality"—you’re highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly and listening to customer needs.
- Excellent organisational skills to handle a busy diary and travel effectively across the region.
- Comfort using CRM tools and digital reporting.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
