Role Overview
Are you motivated, reliable and ready to take control of your income? We are currently looking for self-employed individuals to join our growing team and help ensure the success of the Company!
This is a flexible, self-employed position- Operative on Site / Manual Control, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, organised and enjoy working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own workload and schedule
- Deliver high-quality service to clients
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Meet agreed targets and deadlines
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and individuals will be expected to perform different tasks as required by the overall business objectives as it continues to evolve and grow.
Skills & Qualifications
- Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
- Holding minimum 12D M1/M2 OR Unit 2 / Streetworks Lantra Qualification
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for travel to and from sites
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently

Benefits
- Flexible working hours
- Rate: £160 per 12hr shift
- Overtime: £20 per hour (after 12hrs)
- Mileage: £0.48 per mile; for any distance exceeding 40 miles round trip per day (home site* home)
- Phone: £30.00 phone allowance pro rata or device available
