Role Description
This is a contract, on-site Self-Employed Tradesman role based in Oxfordshire, VA. The tradesperson will carry out dry lining, fit-out, and refurbishment tasks, including installation of partitions, ceilings, and associated finishes to project specifications.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Reading and following plans
- Coordinating with site supervisors
- Maintaining a tidy and safe work area
- Ensuring work is completed to agreed quality and time standards

The role involves using appropriate tools and materials, adhering to safety regulations, and communicating effectively with other site workers and contractors.
Qualifications
- Strong practical skills and experience in dry lining, fit-out, and refurbishment work.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety, ideally with awareness of SafeContractor or similar standards.
- Reliable own transport, tools, and appropriate work clothing/PPE.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with site teams and supervisors.
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently as a self-employed contractor.
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeships are beneficial but not essential if experience is strong.
- Right to work in the location and willingness to work on-site throughout the contract period.
