Warrant Field Agent
Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time
• Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)
About the Role
As a Warrant Field Agent, you will execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
This is a pioneering self-employed role offering:

You will operate independently while:
- Leading on-site teams of locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
- Ensuring safe, professional executions in strict compliance with legislation, FCA rules, and data protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
- Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections/exchanges
- Plan, organise, and lead on-site debris clearance teams
- Manage workload with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, FCA rules, and company policies
- Conduct operational assessments to improve efficiency
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation
- Resolve disputes in line with company procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits
- Choose your hours (minimum 2 weekdays per week)
- 8-hour workday
- Monday–Friday or Saturdays (depending on client schedules)
- UK-wide opportunities with workload allocated to pre-agreed postcode areas

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to a owed vehicle with business insurance
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone)
- Clean DBS check
- Sound credit history (CCJs may be accepted if repayment arrangements exist)

- Strong organisation, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
