Warrant Field Agent – Self-Employed Role
Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time
Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)
About the Role
As a Warrant Field Agent, you will execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work.
You will operate independently while leading on-site teams, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
- Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections/exchanges
- Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams (locsmiths, engineers, dog handlers)
- Manage workloads with up to four weeks’ visibility of scheduled work
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure compliance with:
- Legal and regulatory obligations
- FCA rules
- Data protection requirements
- Company policies
- Conduct operational assessments to improve effectiveness
- Prepare accurate operational reports and documentation
- Identify, manage, and resolve disputes via agreed procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits
- Self-select schedule (minimum 2 weekdays/week)

- Guaranteed daily pay (£130–£150 depending on experience)

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a business-insured personal vehicle
- ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within London)
- Clean DBS check (Acceptance may extend to CCJs if repayment terms are in place)
- Healthy credit history (Adverse circumstances may be addressed on a case-by-case basis)
- Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
