Self Employed Warrant Field Agent
Warrant Field Agent – Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time
Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)
About The Role
As a Warrant Field Agent, you’ll execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK on a self-employed basis. This ground-breaking role delivers flexibility, guaranteed pay, and clear advance notice of scheduled work.
You’ll operate independently, lead on-site teams, and ensure all activities are conducted safely, professionally, and in full compliance with legal, FCA, data protection, and company policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute court warrants at residential/commercial properties
- Recover utility arrears and perform meter disconnections/exchanges
- Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams (locksmiths, engineers, dog handlers)
- Manage workloads with up to four weeks’ notice of scheduled work
- Offer guidance and mentoring to team members
- Ensure strict compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection, and internal policies
- Conduct operational assessments to improve efficiency
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation on operations
- Resolve disputes following established procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits
- Choose workload: minimum of 2 weekdays per week
- 8-hour working days
- Potentially Monday–Friday & Saturdays (aligned with client hours)

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Own business-insured vehicle (ULEZ-compliant if working in London)
- Clean DBS check
- Healthy credit history (CCJs considered if repayment arrangements apply)
