Warrant Field Agent – Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time

Guaranteed Daily Rate

£130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)


About The Role

As a Warrant Field Agent, you will execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK in a self-employed, high-flexibility role.

Operating independently, you will:

  • Lead on-site teams (locksmiths, engineers, dog handlers)
  • Ensure all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute court warrants at residential & commercial properties
  • Recover utility arrears and deploy meter disconnections/exchanges
  • Plan and lead teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
  • Manage workloads with up to four weeks’ visibility
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • FCA rules
    • Data protection regulations
    • Company policies
    • Relevant legislation
  • Conduct operational assessments to enhance efficiency
  • Generate detailed reports on operations and performance
  • Respond to disputes and resolve them per agreed processes
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet objectives

Requirements

Essential: ✔ Full UK driving licence ✔ Own vehicle with business insurance ✔ ULEZ-compliant vehicles (London area requirement) ✔ Clean DBS check ✔ Healthy credit history (CCJs considered if repayment plans exist)
