Warrant Field Agent – Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time
Guaranteed Daily Rate
£130–£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)
About The Role
As a Warrant Field Agent, you will execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK in a self-employed, high-flexibility role.
Operating independently, you will:
- Lead on-site teams (locksmiths, engineers, dog handlers)
- Ensure all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory standards

Key Responsibilities
- Execute court warrants at residential & commercial properties
- Recover utility arrears and deploy meter disconnections/exchanges
- Plan and lead teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
- Manage workloads with up to four weeks’ visibility
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure compliance with:
- FCA rules
- Data protection regulations
- Company policies
- Relevant legislation
- Conduct operational assessments to enhance efficiency
- Generate detailed reports on operations and performance
- Respond to disputes and resolve them per agreed processes
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet objectives

Requirements
Essential: ✔ Full UK driving licence ✔ Own vehicle with business insurance ✔ ULEZ-compliant vehicles (London area requirement) ✔ Clean DBS check ✔ Healthy credit history (CCJs considered if repayment plans exist)
