About the team:
The UK MAI (Merchant Acquisition and Incubation) team operates within the SMB pillar of TikTok E-commerce, spearheading the acquisition and onboarding journey for new sellers.
The team is responsible for UK TikTok Shop merchants and merchandise growth, aiming to onboard, incubate, educate merchants from scratch and drive their business success.
About The Role
TikTok Shop is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Seller Growth & Education Intern to support the execution of seller education and communication programs that help thousands of UK sellers grow on TikTok Shop.
Working closely with the Seller Growth & Education Manager, you will help deliver educational content, execute seller outreach campaigns, maintain communication channels, and support day-to-day project operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys writing, project coordination, operations, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
You'll gain hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, seller growth strategy, content creation, project management, and business operations while working on initiatives that directly impact seller success.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
Seller Education
- Support the execution of seller education initiatives to improve seller onboarding, engagement, and growth.
- Assist in creating and updating seller education materials, playbooks, onboarding guides, FAQs, and knowledge libraries.
- Draft educational communications, newsletters, announcements, and webinar materials for sellers.
- Coordinate webinars, community events, and seller education initiatives from planning through execution.
- Maintain and organize educational resources to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
- Collect seller feedback and support reporting on education program performance.

Seller Outreach & Operations
- Support the execution of seller communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Execute seller outreach campaigns through Email, Inbox Messages, BPO, and seller communities following established communication plans.
- Prepare seller segmentation lists and assist with campaign setup and quality assurance.
- Monitor campaign performance and maintain tracking dashboards for outreach metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Identify operational issues, recommend process improvements, and support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree at university, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12+ weeks on a full-time basis, with 2+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy, preferably in e-commerce or tech
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and growth plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with strong ownership and end-to-end project management capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong project coordination and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and handling data.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
