Selling Sales Manager – Fiat & Citroen

Norwich

Basic £35,000 | OTE £50,000

Motorvogue Group is looking for a hands-on Selling Sales Manager to join our Fiat & Citroen team in Norwich. Fiat is very established, having been here since 2020 when we opened our Norwich site, and we are delighted to welcome Citroen to our Norwich portfolio shortly.

This is not a desk job. We are looking for someone who thrives on the sales floor, supports the team in closing deals and drives performance day-to-day.

You will be responsible for running the showroom floor, structuring deals properly and ensuring customers receive a first-class experience.

The Role

As Selling Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving the daily performance of the sales team. You will be visible on the showroom floor, working deals with the team and ensuring opportunities convert into profitable sales.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Running the Sales Floor

  • Managing the showroom activity day-to-day
  • Supporting sales executives in closing deals
  • Second facing customers when required
  • Keeping energy and urgency on the sales floor
  • Ensuring customers are never left waiting

You Will Always Know:

  • Who is with customers
  • What deals are progressing
  • Where support is needed to close deals

Deal Stacking & Profit Control

  • Structuring deals to maximise margin
  • Supporting negotiation with customers
  • Ensuring finance, part exchange and add-on opportunities are explored
  • Preventing deals that damage gross profit

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
