Professional Support Worker (Pupil Welfare & Inclusion)

We are looking for a committed and compassionate person to work and support our students at our onsite alternative provision, Phoenix, and our provision for emotionally vulnerable students experiencing anxiety. These students may have social, emotional, and/or mental health needs, and we’re dedicated to ensuring they make progress, thrive academically, and ultimately return to mainstream education.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team with a passionate commitment to securing the best possible life chances for our young people. The role demands resilience, perseverance, and a relentless drive for excellence, but it will also be deeply rewarding.

Role Essentials
This role is subject to Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and, therefore:
Fluent spoken English is an essential requirement.
Pay Scale SCP 4–8 (equivalent to £25,878–FTE £16,824 or Actual: £16,822–£17,460 yearly).
