SEMH Teacher The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects to KS3 and KS4 students
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learning, behavioural, and emotional needs
- Build positive relationships that encourage engagement and attendance
- Promote emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience
- Work collaboratively with support staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies
SEMH Teacher What the School is Looking For
The ideal SEMH Teacher will hold QTS and have experience working with students who present with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, or additional barriers to learning. Experience within an SEMH school, PRU, Alternative Provision, or SEND setting would be highly advantageous. The school is seeking a calm, adaptable, and relationship-focused practitioner who can inspire students, maintain high expectations, and create a positive learning environment.
