Role Description
The Semi Permanent Make-up Artist role is an on-site position based in London. The artist will perform semi-permanent make-up treatments such as eyebrow enhancement, eyeliner, and lip tinting, following strict hygiene and safety protocols. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Semi Permanent Make-up Artist will collaborate with colleagues to promote services, contribute to client retention, and uphold the company’s standards of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Cosmetology and semi-permanent make-up skills, including knowledge of facial anatomy, pigmentation techniques, and safe product use.
- Hair Styling abilities to complement cosmetic services and enhance overall client appearance when required.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage client expectations.
- Sales skills to promote treatments, recommend suitable products, and support business growth.
- Training experience or willingness to support and mentor colleagues on techniques, safety, and service standards.
- Relevant certifications in semi-permanent make-up or cosmetic procedures, and adherence to local health and safety regulations.
- Attention to detail, steady hand–eye coordination, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Previous experience in a beauty salon, cosmetic clinic, or similar environment is highly beneficial.
