A Full-time Semi Senior Accountant Role.

Role Description.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with up to 2 years of experience, ideally with a background in client services or administrative support within accounting. In this role, you will assist with the client conversion and onboarding processes, ensuring new clients experience a smooth transition to Clearcut Accounting. This position combines foundational accounting knowledge with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. You will play a key role in supporting client sign-ups, providing essential guidance during onboarding, and assisting the sales team with client needs and queries.
Key Responsibilities.
- Apply accounting knowledge to understand and address client needs during the onboarding process.
- Assist in the conversion process by helping prospective clients through sign-up, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our services.
- Support new clients by providing a seamless onboarding experience, setting up essential administrative and account functions.
- Communicate with the sales and client services teams to address client questions and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Required Skills And Experience.
- Up to 2 years of experience in accountancy or a similar field, with an understanding of client service or administrative support in a financial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address client questions and onboarding issues efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Effective communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive and professional client experience.
