About the Role
Are you seeking a permanent role in a factory environment in Blackpool? Looking to work with assembling, sheet metal work, or general manufacturing tasks? This role may be perfect for you.
We are seeking a reliable, proactive Semi Skilled Assembler to join our team at Kinetic plc and contribute to our manufacturing processes. Based in Blackpool, this is a temp-to-perm position with a starting hourly rate of £13.63, including overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Handling hand tools

Interpreting technical drawings & specifications

Assembling sheet metal parts

Performing general assembly work tasks

Moving pallets and materials (manual lifting equipment provided)

A either work experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is expected.

Training will be provided on tools and machinery for eligible employees.

Must be available to start immediately in a temp-to-perm position with a fixed weekly hour of 36 per week (Monday to Thursday, 07:30 AM - 5:00 PM).

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment (assembling, operating machines, handling sheet metal).
- Basic manual handling capability for moving heavy pallets (handheld lift availability provided).
- Local to or whose car would be practical for regular commuting (public transport not easily feasible).
- Willingness to handle the complete responsibility of start dates and hands-on training.
Location & Remuneration:
- Location: Marton, Blackpool, England
- Hours: 36 hours per week (07.30 - 17.00 Mon-Thurs)
- Salary: £13.63 per hour
