About the Role
We are seeking a Semi-Skilled Groundworker/Labourer to join our team in Lisburn, Northern Ireland. This role involves working on residential oil spill projects, ensuring environmental restoration and safety, as part of our pollution mitigation efforts for the insurance sector.

What You’ll Do

Carry out site works following:
- Safety protocols (including the Construction Phase Plan and Health & Safety Policy)
- ISO9001 Quality Management System compliance
- ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System compliance

Assist Senior Technician/General Builder with on-site tasks, including:
- Hand digging
- Groundworks
- Laying drainage
- Concreting

Perform additional duties as directed by top management
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
✔ Experience in:
- Multi-skilled construction roles
- Hand digging, groundwork, drainage, concreting, etc.
✔ Ability to operate a mini digger/dumper (preferred but not essential)

✔ Full UK driving licence (essential)
✔ Willingness to:
- Travel and work away from home during weekdays when required
✔ Eligibility to:
- Work in the UK
Pre-Employment Requirements
