SEN English Teacher

This SEN English Teacher role in Halifax is ideal for somebody who can create engaging and adaptable lessons while building strong relationships with students who may have struggled in mainstream education. The Role

This SEN English Teacher role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Differentiating work to support a range of abilities and needs
  • Supporting students with SEMH and additional learning needs
  • Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
  • Managing behavior using a therapeutic and restorative approach
  • Working closely with support staff, pastoral teams, and parents
