This SEN English Teacher role will involve:
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Differentiating work to support a range of abilities and needs
- Supporting students with SEMH and additional learning needs
- Creating a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
- Managing behavior using a therapeutic and restorative approach
- Working closely with support staff, pastoral teams, and parents
