Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs to reach their full potential? Aspire People is working with a number of welcoming Primary Schools across Stockport who are looking to recruit caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs from September.
Whether you already have school-based experience or have supported children in another setting, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
You'll provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence and successfully participate in school life.

Support may be on a 1:1 basis or within small intervention groups, working closely with class teachers and SENDCOs.
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have experience supporting children or young people.
- Are patient, caring and adaptable.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Are committed to inclusive education.
- Have a genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning.
