About LifeLit
LifeLit is a forward thinking social enterprise dedicated to helping young people discover their strengths, build confidence and develop the skills they need to thrive.
We believe that the best learning happens through relationships, creativity and meaningful experiences - not simply through traditional classroom teaching.
Our programmes are practical, engaging and person-centred, encouraging young people to explore who they are, develop confidence and communicate in ways that work for them.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for doing education differently.
About the Role
We're seeking a compassionate and creative facilitator to deliver our Life Skills Programme to a small group of pupils with complex learning needs.
This year's programme has been specifically designed around sensory and experiential learning. Many pupils may have limited or emerging verbal communication, meaning sessions will focus on interaction, participation and engagement rather than traditional teaching methods.
You'll work alongside school staff and the wider LifeLit team to create enjoyable, meaningful learning experiences where every young person feels valued, included and able to succeed.
What You'll Deliver
Across the programme, pupils will explore:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
