Teaching Assistant Opportunity: Specialist Secondary School (Reigate Area)

Are you a dedicated and compassionate individual looking to make a significant difference in the lives of young people?

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant to join the team at a specialist secondary school provision (ages 11:16) located in the Redhill/Surrey area. We provide a tailored, calm, and nurturing environment for students to thrive.

About The School

Our school is a specialist setting committed to supporting young people aged 11:16 who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and associated difficulties in social communication, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.

We operate a successful model built on small class sizes and high levels of in-class support, alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary intervention team. Our mission is to empower students, helping them to develop the essential skills needed to overcome barriers, build meaningful relationships, and achieve their individual aspirations for further education, training, or employment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
